The Programme commences with a series of orientation seminars and close planning work with CETL facilitators. Each participant will be assigned to a particular CETL staff member who has the expertise that best suits their needs and that person will act as key contact throughout their stay.
After this intensive orientation period the programme will consist of spells of free time for project work punctuated with a series of expert seminars and briefing sessions. There will also be trips to other CETL sites.
Towards the end of the Programme, Fellows will present Seminars to disseminate their findings to the wider e-learning community. Finally they will write up their programme achievements in a Report which will be published and archived on the Programme website.
